References in these terms of use to "we", "our" and "us", etc. are references to us, Dasein Academy of Art. Your use of our website at www.dasein.edu.my is subject to these terms of use. If you do not agree to these terms of use, you are not authorised to use or continue using our website.
We may amend these terms of use at any time and any revised version will be effective immediately that it is displayed on our website.

Jurisdiction

Our website has been designed and these terms of use shall be governed by and construed in accordance with Malaysian law. Any dispute arising out of the accessing or use of our website shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the Malaysian courts.
