Responsibilities:

1. To carry out administrative and other tasks relevant to the operations of the hostel and the welfare and care of the residents.

  • Documents preparation
  • Preparation of new unit
  • Preparation for new comer to current unit
  • New students check in/out to the new /current unit.
  • Hostel routine checks and data upkeep

2. To carry out administrative and other tasks relevant to the students in orientation, study board, convocation, student accommodation, student poster, event coordination etc.

3. Must be able to work independently with minimal supervision.

4. To handle any ad-hoc duties assigned by the department head.

We are seeking experienced marketing executives who can represent the College in a professional manner in communicating with students and parents both via online and face-to-face. Successful candidates should be creative, enthusiastic, supportive and highly committed to contribute to the company. 

Responsibilities:

  • Involve in formulating Marketing Plans to achieve annual marketing targets (individual and group).
  • Execute marketing activities assigned, ie. school fairs, school talks, roadshows, events etc. to achieve market penetration targets.
  • Present and conduct talk and sharing on the College’s programs, career pathways and relevant information to the target market to increase awareness and branding.
  • Attend to walk-in and online inquiries, follow up and convert potential leads.
  • Build and maintain rapport with partners, ie. agents or school counselors for projects and collaboration on student recruitment activities.
  • Assist in organizing events, including workshops, art camps, competitions, college events and more, to generate awareness and recruitment opportunities.
  • Brainstorm and develop contents and concepts on marketing collaterals and strategies.
  • Able to accept and execute any other ad-hoc tasks assigned by the superior.
  • Reports directly to the Head of Business Communication Department.

Requirements:

  • 1-2 years of experience in sales or marketing communication. Fresh graduates are welcomed to apply.
  • Sales-driven, goal-oriented, mature mindset, team-player and positive work attitude.
  • New technology and social media savvy.
  • Proficient in the English Language. Proficiency in Mandarin / Bahasa Malaysia and other dialects is an added advantage.
  • Possess own transport and willing to travel.
  • Strong writing, oral communication and organizational skills is an added advantage.
  • Must be comfortable in a school environment, and communicating to school children/ young adults, parents and school teachers.

We are seeking for a qualified and experienced photographer cum video-editor. Successful candidate should be creative, enthusiastic, supportive and highly committed to contribute to the company. 

Responsibilities:

  • Taking candid and staged shots for school events and activities, art exhibitions etc.
  • Shoot high quality images fit for marketing purpose including print ads / online and digital ads and more.
  • Edit photos captured to ensure they are on-brand, editorial, commercial and executed to the highest of standards.
  • Edited photos should follow the established process of timely delivery per brief / task.
  • Shoot and edit videos including the use of relevant effects.
  • Update and maintain company photo/video library and archive including file transferring and conversion in multiple formats.
  • Communicate effectively and collaborate with Marketing Team / Academic HODs to brainstorm and execute creative direction for photoshoot, develop storyboards and ensuring all images/videos are following brand guidelines.
  • Assists and/or complete other tasks as assigned.
  • Reports directly to Head of Business Communication Department.

 

Skills & Experience:

  • Must have portfolio ready to view.
  • Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite and other relevant photo/video-editing software.
  • Strong compositional skills and knowledge of industry-related trends. 
  • Must be comfortable in school environment, comfortable in photographing or filming school children/ young adults. 
  • Handle work professionally and attention to detail.
  • Must be fully vaccinated against COVID-19.
